More than likely one of the best Pastry Chef of our century !
His products are in between astunishing and unbelievable.
And with a great research for the choice of his ingredients, I mean
a real one (not because it's fashionable), to match his objective (sugar less, ...) and to surprise us by the taste.
After that I might not be objective, I am ordering more often than I can admit. Please, help yourself and enjoy !!
